     Big shout out to the Autel Support Team which fixed our bricked VCI within 24h but... 

    To everyone who gets a new MaxiSys Elite

    DON'T USE THE SOFTWARE WHICH COMES WITH THE SCANNER

    Make Sure the MaxiSys PC Suite also contains a setup for the MaxiFlash Elite, not for the MaxiSys PRO

    If you use (like I did because nowhere was stated not to use it) the MaxiFlashCfg tool which comes with the scanner, you will brick your MaxiFlash Elite !!!!

    The actual Version for the MaxiFlash Elite is V2.14 NOT V3.24

     it can be done by support using your pc and giving them remote access, i had to get support help for that issue from aultel cina

    I didn't know that i shouldnt upgrade my J2534 with this version... And i did it and now
    muy device doesnt work and doesnt let me to connect to other cars....
    How can I get the previous version for my maxisys elite???

    How can I solve this problem with my j2534 from my maxisys elite doesnt work now
    after the upgrading... Is it possible to erase the upgrade and get the previous version
    again?

     I done the same with my new one, tech support fixed in seconds over team viewer
