    Whenever I type the vin in and it processes it, it says decoding failed. Any suggestions?

     Send the log files from your tool with the screen shot to Autel Tech Support so, they can fix the problem in next update......

    Tool will not decode all cars vin numbers sometimes you need to select it manually but, to fix this issue you also need to send the feedback to Autel Tech Support through your tool so, they are aware of the problem...........
