Why can not register the product Registration no matter how many times

      To whom it my concern :

    I could get the Autel ID, and register the password (Baron469).
    However, in the [Product Registration] section, the following message is displayed.
    Error message is below "wrong registered password entered"
    I want to make sure as below as follows 
    ① My password  which have registered  in August 30, authenticated or not?
    ② If it are certified, why can't register my product Registration?
    ③ I would like to instruct how I can download the softwear that purchased this Diagnostic Tool as below. (DiagLink(MD802)
    (S/N:ML15L7000099)
    Please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

     Hi, I have the same issue, can´t register the product. Could you solve it?
